Our course

Our concept has been developed to introduce the participants to the foundations of life-coaching through practical excercises. Our course is condensed and focused on a proven system that covers the start up and continuation of any coaching relationship.

Live training Our course is a live course that is delivered to you in your home through the latest internet  technologies. Alls you need to attend the course is a computer with a headset and broadband internet connection. If you don't have this, you can still attend by calling in to a telephone conference number so you can still participate just like all of the other participants.

Experienced trainers

All of our training team, our Master Coaches, are thoroughly trained in our methodology and  bring many years of experience of people development as coaches and trainers. We ensure that our coaches have the real lif coaching experience so that they can answer any questions about coaching or our methodology durin the course.

Small group size

To ensure the maximum opportunities for learning, we only work with small groups that comprise of between 4 and 8 participants. This allows for focused classes and ample time for the coaching activities and their subsequent reviews so that everyone can learn from each other. One of the byproducts of these small classes is that participants get to know each other well and often create support structures by keeping in touch and peer coaching well after the course finishes.

Activity based learning Most of the course is focused around the core activities that you will carry out with your clients, so during the class you will go through exactly the same processes that you will do with your coachees. This allows you to experience excellent coaching to help you with your life goals and at the same time gain confidence by trying our proven system that truly works.

Licensed materials

By attending our course, you gain access to a full set of course materials that you are able to keep and use with all of your clients with no additional fees. Our documentation will support you in preparing for your client coaching sessions as well as guide you through them so that your clients get the best coaching possible.

Condensed time frame and content

Our course is tightly focused in 16 hours so that you get the essential skills and tools needed to become a life coach. We do not spend time on non essential techniques or ideas. Our proven system and course has the following design outline:
