Our Payment Policy
Students registering early generally must make payment in full when they confirm their reservation of a space on a course.
Payment Options
We accept payment options available by PayPal and MoneyBookers including various credit cards. You may also pay by bank transfer using the MoneyBookers system or direct to us. Please contact us for bank account information. You will not be able to participate in the course unless we receive full payment prior to two hours before the course start time.
Fee Refund
To be eligible for any refund, you must officially withdraw from the course. No refund will be issued that is greater than 100% of tuition and refundable fees, less any required deposits. Our refund schedule is the following:
- Greater than 2 weeks before the course : 100% return of payments made.
- Greater than 1 week and less than two weeks before the course : 50% return of payments made.
- Less than 1 week before the course :25% return of payments made.
